Fluted Cable
Some of our customers prefer a fluted cable jacket because it may reduce surface drag when repositioning the cable, which results in longer cable life. Whenever possible, we give customers what they want, so we offer our premium arc welding cable with a fluted jacket while still maintaining all the features that separate Trystar cable from the rest. That includes a visible safety lining; AWG wire standards; water, oil and abrasion resistance; and flexibility in extreme cold.
DESCRIPTION
Premium arc welding cable is furnished with 30 AWG. (Class K) flexible soft drawn electrolytic copper. A vinyl insulator separates the outer sheath, a -49°C to +105°C elastomer compound. Trystar cable is RoHS Compliant. It exhibits excellent oil and water resistance, resists abrasion and is flexible in cold weather. It is rated at 600 volts for intermittent use (up to 3 hours continuous use). Special care and consideration was given in the manufacturing of this product to provide maximum flexibility at all operating temperatures.
