Large-scale events such as concerts will require more than power strips and extension cords to power the stage lighting, sound system and other equipment. Power distribution panels can power all of these components, and you can control individual circuits from the panel.

Transformers

Some event venues may have a power supply line that doesn’t suit the equipment’s voltage requirements. A transformer will connect the source and equipment to make them compatible, allowing everything to run off a reliable power source.

We have two transformer styles available — dolly style and cage style — that are both portable and durable to get the job done anywhere power is required.

Portable ATS

For entertainment/event performances, the show must go on at all costs, so coordinators need backup plans in case of unreliable power connections or outages. Connecting your audio and visual equipment to a portable generator may be sufficient in some cases, and using a portable automatic transfer switch (ATS) is the best method. The temporary ATS transfers the power from the main source to the generator efficiently so you can maintain your power connection. This method is also safer than extension cords.

Our portable ATS is a durable unit that provides backup power for critical operations. This solution is often used as a temporary fix when the permanent ATS fails.

Entertainment Cable

Entertainment systems require the right cable to establish secure connections. We have many types of cables for events that have worked successfully in large-scale venues. For the entertainment industry, we recommend the stage and lighting cable, which is made for indoor and outdoor use to withstand the elements. It also has internal insulation and a high-contrast cover.
