Dual Purpose Docking Stations
The Trystar dual-purpose docking station allows you to connect a portable generator and/or a load bank simultaneously. This saves time and money when servicing a permanent generator, since it eliminates the labor of hard wiring into the main breaker.
On our most common dual-purpose docking station, we use the industry standard Kirk Key mechanism to transfer power from the permanent generator to the portable unit. In most cases, this unit sits right next to a permanent generator and the associated automatic transfer switch, however we offer a number of enclosures including wall-mount, flush-mount and pad-mount.
Highly customizable, the Trystar Dual Purpose Docking Station includes more than a dozen optional features and add-ons, with custom colors and UV-printed graphics available. Supporting both routine service and emergency applications, the Dual Purpose Docking Station is also ideal for temporary power during events such as pandemic response, mass casualty disasters, and mobile medical or testing centers.
